Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) to Bangla translation is used most by Bangladeshi workers and families in Malaysia: messages from employers, permit and passport notices, and everyday conversation. Malay puts the verb in the middle of the sentence while Bangla puts it at the end, and Malay rarely marks tense, so a good translation has to reorder and choose the right tense.
Malay is subject-verb-object like English, Bangla is subject-object-verb. Long Malay sentences with several clauses are where reordering errors appear, so read them back in Bangla.
Malay verbs do not change for tense. Words like sudah, sedang and akan, or the context, show when something happens. Bangla verbs must carry tense, so confirm the output says past, present or future correctly.
Malay "anda" and "encik" are polite, while "awak" and "kau" are casual. Bangla needs আপনি for employers, officials and elders, and তুমি or তুই only for people you are close to.
Text messages often use short forms such as tak, nak, dah and sikit. They usually translate fine, but spelling them out as tidak, hendak, sudah and sedikit removes ambiguity.

Malay is closely related to Indonesian, but many everyday words and some spellings differ, so a translation should follow Malay rather than Indonesian usage.
Malay usually shows respect with titles such as Encik and Puan or the formal pronoun anda, and uses awak or kamu informally.
Bengali pronouns and verbs do not show gender, so translations into languages that distinguish "he" and "she" must work out gender from context.
Bengali has three levels of "you": apni for polite address, tumi for familiar address and tui for very close or casual relationships, each with its own verb forms.
Pair-specific guidelines to maintain tone, readability, and localization quality high.
